Open Arrange / delete pages and choose your PDF. All pages appear as small pictures.
Tap a page to select it (a tick appears). For quick choices use Select all, None, Odd or Even.
Tap ⟲ (left) or ⟳ (right) to rotate the selected pages.
When the pages look right, tap Download at the top.
