Open Translate from the Home screen (or use its own page link).
Tap Choose file and select your PDF from the phone or computer.
Choose the language the PDF is in (From) and the language you want (To).
Tap the big purple Start button and wait a few seconds.
Translation runs on your own device using the browser's built-in translator (recent Chrome). If it says it is not available, update Chrome.
